Our conditions for the 30 Day Rental Guarantee are simple:
- Guaranteed Rental Price must be an amount agreed upon by both Owner & PMI Marietta
- The home must be vacant with all utilities on & meet our quality standards
- The 30-day period is from the day the home is deemed move-in ready & placed on advertising for immediate occupancy through the time applicant is approved & the reservation fee is received by PMI Marietta
- The property must be available for self-showings
- The Property must be pet-friendly and allow a maximum of 2 approved pets
- The Owner must be under a PMI Marietta Service Plan that includes the 30-Day Rental Guarantee
